Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Helsinki.

This is a role for someone who enjoys headhunting, sales and working directly with customers — not simply screening CVs. You will play an important role in identifying the right talent, understanding customer needs and supporting our sales team throughout the recruitment and qualification process.

What you’ll do

• Headhunt and attract top IT talent using LinkedIn, networks, databases and creative sourcing approaches

• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and understand their career goals

• Work closely with our sales team to understand customer requirements and identify suitable candidates

• Participate in customer meetings, helping to understand roles, team structures, technical requirements and business needs

• Support job qualification and turn customer requirements into clear candidate profiles

• Assess candidates’ skills, experience, motivation and fit for different opportunities

• Present strong candidates to customers and support the recruitment process from first contact through placement

• Develop and maintain a strong professional network within the Finnish technology market

• Contribute to improving our recruitment and sales processes

• Follow the Finnish technology job market and identify new talent pools and sourcing opportunities

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who combines recruitment capability with a commercial mindset.

You have:

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, headhunting, staffing or a similar role

• Strong sales and communication skills and the confidence to engage with both candidates and customers

• A proactive, target-oriented attitude — you enjoy reaching out, opening conversations and creating opportunities

• The ability to understand customer needs and ask the right questions during job qualification and customer meetings

• Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate confidently with different stakeholders

• Fluent Finnish, both written and spoken

• Strong English communication skills

• An interest in technology and the Finnish IT market

• A self-driven approach and the ability to work independently while being a strong team player
